International Drilling Equipment, Inc. is Hiring a SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR Near RURAL HALL, NC

Reports To: Service Manager
Job Outline:
  • Reports to the Service Manager and is responsible for assisting the Service Manager with the supervision of the following job functions:
  • Create and manage work schedules in the shop and field.
  • Maintain Service Word Orders.
  • Coordinate with other departments to determine optimal schedules.
Also,
  • Enforces all policies and procedures in the company manuals.
  • Maintains high employee morale.
  • Maintains excellent customer relations.
  • Attains short- and long-term objectives with good management/planning.
  • Meets OSHA and EPA compliance.
Duties :
  • Create and manage work schedules in the shop and field.
  • Liaison with technicians daily to coordinate and schedule activities.
  • Liaison with other departments to aid in work prioritization.
  • Assist with scheduling and control of the labor required to perform repairs.
  • Maintains Service Work Orders.
Maintain Work Order activities in the department across various systems. Activities include creating documents, updating documents, closing documents, and compiling requested reports. Systems include but are not limited to:
  • Microsoft Dynamics
  • SAP
  • Egencia
  • Certify
  • Click-Up
 
  • Maintains all personnel records for the department regarding training and certifications.
  • Coordinate with other departments to determine optimal schedules.
  • Works closely with the Sales Department to prioritize Service Work Orders based on inquiries from the Sales team.
  • Works closely with the Parts Department to track orders and deliveries. Identify which parts orders for Work orders need to be expedited.
Job Requisites:
The individual in this position should be personable, a problem solver, a leader of people, ethical, intelligent, and able to adapt to all of the forces around them - customers, suppliers, department employees, co-workers, and manufacturers employees.
Education/Training/Experience:
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in service operations and labor selling at the management level.
General Skill Requisites:
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Good computer and systems knowledge.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Specific Skill Requisites:
  • A good working knowledge of office equipment operations and clerical functions.
  • Solid knowledge of the computer systems in use in the dealership.
  • A good working knowledge of equipment operations and mechanical functions.
  • Working knowledge of shop layout and industrial engineering principles.
  • Good understanding of financial reporting principles.
  • A solid understanding of pricing principles and discounting effects.
  • This individual will have had supervisory and management training in related fields.
  • Leadership skills in a specialized repair environment.
Salary: starting at 23.00 per hour
Work Hours and Environment:
  • Working hours are M-F 9am to 5:30pm 
  • Work Environment is an office that is air-conditioned/heated according to the season
  • This position reports to the Rural Hall, NC, location
  • This position will also include being in the warehouse when needed.
