DEPARTMENT: Store Planning REPORTS TO: Senior Project Manager FLSA: Non-exempt, $18 hourlyLOCATION: New York, NY – HybridPROGRAM SCHEDULE: June 3rd – August 9thINTERNSHIP OVERVIEW: Opportunity for an aspiring store planning design intern to use their creative skills and passion for spatial planning and aesthetics, while learning all aspects of store planning from the design layout, administration through installation and punchlist. ICP is the exclusive marketer and distributor of luxury fragrance brands in the Americas. The company’s portfolio includes The House of Creed, Floris London and Mizensir. This role will provide outstanding support through productivity, organization, and creativity. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for meeting minutes to capture action items and next steps during calls.
Organizing folders files and communication into respective folders.
Aiding in projects by gathering information and coordination between all parties.
Maintain xls matrix spreadsheets to organize punch list and following up with team members.
Drawing floor plans and elevating renderings for new store layouts.
Aiding in store operations and logistics, and organizing team overall with spearheading administrative responsibilities.
SCOPE OF PROJECT
New Initiative to retrofit all shop and shops and boutiques for bath and body in US
Follow through on punch list items
Spatial planning for new shop and shops
Renderings
Coordination with vendors on delivery and installation
Taking meeting minutes to ensure items are all actioned to stay on schedule
Material mood boards
REQUIREMENTS The ideal candidate will be a matriculating senioror graduate in college with the following:
Interior design degree candidate; senior or graduate student
Auto CAD and rendering capabilities, 3d Max preferred
Proficient in Adobe and Microsoft suite
Multitask and detail oriented, organized, with excellent communication and writing skills.
