We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse or LPN to join our healthcare team. As a RN/LPN, you will play a vital role in providing quality patient care and ensuring the well-being of our patients.

This is a full-time Monday-Friday position.

Responsibilities:
- Manage pharmacy calls/faxes

- Fill/Adjust medications

- Tend calls from Visiting Nurse Associations, Hospitals, and Medical Offices
- Administer injections (Flu, B2, Tetanus, etc.)
- Monitor and record vital (signs, such as blood pressure, heart rate, and temperature
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records

Skills:
- Proficient in vital sign assessment and interpretation
- Competent in medication administration and dosage calculations
- Familiarity with emergency room protocols and procedures
- Experience working in nursing homes or senior care facilities is a plus
- Understanding of discharge planning principles

Qualifications:
- Valid Registered Nurse or LPN license in MA
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
