Responsibilities:

• Provides comprehensive business analysis services by understanding both business and technical requirements to deliver quality products or processes that meet business objectives. Evaluates costs, benefits, and risks of proposed projects and recommends alternative solutions.
• Collaborates with stakeholders and users to synthesize and document business objectives and requirements using analytical methodologies. Ensures effective communication and builds partnerships to understand stakeholder needs, resolve conflicts, and drive consensus.
• Contributes to project planning, including creating charters, setting target dates, and assigning work. Applies systems engineering methodologies throughout the project lifecycle, performing data analysis, documenting business requirements, and supporting the translation to functional specifications.
• Utilizes knowledge of business strategy and planning principles in project work, covering areas such as value proposition, mission, strategy, and technology assessments. Assists in coordinating deployment of deliverables and may manage mid-level complexity projects or sub-components of larger projects.

Required Skills :

• Bachelor's degree and 6 years experience in business analysis, business administration, engineering, information science, health or science-related field.
• Proven ability to work cross functionally with various teams and manage projects of a mid level complexity.
• 5 years of experience prioritizing and triaging issues and requests.
• 5 years of experience in managing multiple tasks simultaneously, delivering high-quality results, and meeting Service Level timelines.
