Position Overview for the Physical Therapist:

Primary responsibilities are evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients with the ultimate goal of having patients recover from injuries, manage pain, and regain mobility. The only way to drive success is in providing exceptional physical therapy with measurable outcomes. The ideal candidate will be passionate about patient care while regularly exceeding industry standards.

Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist:

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide direct patient care, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other modalities.
• Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and document clinical notes accurately.
• Educate patients and their families on conditions, treatments, and home exercises.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications of the Physical Therapist:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy degree (current or pending) from an accredited institution.
• Current or pending state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Preferred experience in an outpatient setting.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
