Intermountain Health is Hiring a Senior Supply Chain Systems Analyst Near Broomfield, CO

Job Description:

The Senior Supply Chain Systems Analyst is part of a centralized, system wide business applications team responsible for overall production, configuration, and support for enterprise-wide application in their area of accountability.
This position is remote, however, may need to travel to facilities to support implementations, troubleshooting and training.

Scope
As a Remote Senior Supply Chain Analyst, you need to know how to:

Assists in the design of analytical and quantitative methods of the supply chain process. Serves as a mentor and escalation point for the most complex Supply Chain systems issues. Evaluates, tests, implements, supports and trains users on Supply Chain applications. Analyzes, validates, and reports data for the Supply Chain Management organization.
Participates in cross-functional project teams for integrations, upgrades, implementations, modifications, and enhancements of systems, reports and procedures. Participates in discovery, configuration, testing, issue tracking, and resolution for all SCM systems.
Analyzes and documents user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate or improve existing systems. Collaborates with internal teams to review system capabilities, workflow, and scheduling limitations to meet end user and department needs.
Documents workflows, configure and/or build activities, change management adherence, end user notifications, training information and status reporting in the appropriate system.
Develops, documents and revises system procedures, test procedures, and quality standards.
Provides production support including researching system related issues, performs scheduled activities, and builds and maintains data tables, position/structure.
Reviews and analyzes system and performance indicators to locate problems, and correct errors. Escalates problems and issues to appropriate staff to ensure timely resolution.
Responds to service ticket requests. Monitors, tracks and resolves open issues and proposes proactive solutions on trending issues.
Manages small to medium application projects. Manages projects, schedules and facilitates meetings as necessary to complete assignments.
Mentors Supply Chain Systems Analysts to improve their skills and prepare them for more responsibility. Serves as a technical expert in the assigned applications for users, other team members, vendors and management. Serves as the subject matter expert in the assigned applications for system design and workflow modifications.
Designs and produces scheduled reports, dashboards, reporting to meet ad hoc requests, etc.
Conducts data analysis in support of a variety of Supply Chain functions including but not limited to key performance metrics, supply cost performance, sourcing and contracting, the procure to pay function, and inventory management.
Uses analytical and quantitative methods to understand, predict, inform, and enhance supply chain processes. Consults with end-users to review results and opportunities.
Helps design the analytics structure and delivery of information for the SCM department. Continually evaluates all sources of data requested for reporting and recommends ways of automating the collation of this information.
Promotes mission, vision, and values of SCL Health, and abides by service behavior standards.
Performs other duties as assigned.
May be required to support the department(s) with administrative call outside of normal business hours.
Minimum Qualifications
Required:
Bachelors level degree is required.
Four (4) years experience in healthcare, technology or supply chain management is required. Additional experience may substitute for the required education.

Competence with and knowledge of ERP and inventory management systems.
Advanced analytic skills and high-level of competency with spreadsheet programs.
Knowledge of data visualization software (such as Tableau).
Advanced communication skills - both verbal and written.

Physical Requirements:

Interact with others by effectively communicating, both orally and in writing.- and -Operate computers and other office equipment requiring the ability to move fingers and hands.- and -See and read computer monitors and documents.- and -Remain sitting or standing for long periods of time to perform work on a computer, telephone, or other equipment.- and -May require lifting and transporting objects and office supplies, bending, kneeling and reaching.

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
