Essential Duties

1. Oversees team of graphic designers or individually designs for all types of marketing collateral, including but not limited to web content, print advertisements, sales brochures, logos, and visual aids for sales presentations. Selects colors, images, test style, and layout.
2. Works closely with other team leads to achieve desired outcome for a campaign.
3. Oversee the company branding (essentially, anything with an InterLinc logo) to maintain it’s consistency and style across the board.
4. Determines messages designs should portray where high-level UX design skills are applied.
5. Conducts and utilizes market research on various areas and products to assist in creating designs that resonate with target audiences.
6. Develops cohesive designs that reflect the corporate identity and goals.
7. Creates images that identify a product or convey a message
8. Tests graphics across various media and reviews designs for errors before presenting final product
9. Reviews final layouts and suggests improvements when necessary
10. Incorporates changes recommended by others into final designs
11. Works closely with the Compliance Department to ensure marketing materials comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
12. Works closely with vendors to meet publication deadlines.
13. Maintains current knowledge of mortgage loan product guidelines for the purpose of marketing conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA products effectively

Qualifications

Required Education/Experience

Requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least five years of relevant experience in Marketing.

Preferred Education/Experience

Preferable to have a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing and at least five years of relevant Marketing experience in the mortgage industry.

Additional Qualifications for Eligibility

Must demonstrate strong Leadership and Management skills.
