**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled Drafter to join our team at the only remodeling firm on Fort Myers Beach. The ideal candidate will have expertise in drafting software with a focus in cabinetry design and a strong understanding of mechanical design concepts.

**Duties:**

- Create detailed drawings for remodel projects using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SolidWorks

- Design Kitchen and Bath cabinetry using 20/20 Design software

- Price Cabinetry and related components such as countertops, hardware, etc.

- Collaborate with clients, sales team and PM's to understand project requirements

- Prepare drawings for client approvals and for working construction sites

- Utilize tools like Civil 3D, Sketchup, and MicroStation for project visualization

- Assist in design presentations

- Review and modify designs to ensure accuracy and compliance with specifications

- Work with BuilderTrend for project coordination

**Qualifications:**

- Proficiency in drafting software with a focus in cabinetry design

- Familiarity with mechanical design principles and construction terminology

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in drafting work

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
