Sales & Design Consultants play an integral role in providing luxury service by assessing the needs of walk-in clientele in our showrooms. We prefer individuals with previous management experience and a strong leadership skill set. Our Sales & Design Consultants are innovators with an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for building and maintaining relationships.

Your Responsibilities

· Provide a luxury experience for Interior Illusion’s clientele through product expertise and elevated service

· Ensure personal & company sales goals are achieved

· Qualify and educate potential clients on services offered by Interior Illusions

· Own all phases of the client experience from initial contact through product delivery

· Grow and maintain a strong client base

· Take ownership and accountability over the operational management of the store

· Represent the Interior Illusions brand through communication, personal appearance and professionalism

· Maintain a strong interest in luxury sales to consumers and the design industry alike.

· Support and maintain awe-inspiring visual and quality standards within the store.

Our Requirements

- Experience within a high-end furniture or luxury retail store required

- Art, Architecture or Interior Design and relevant experience preferred

- Luxury furniture sales experience required

- People and relationship driven

- Strategic and mental agility

- Highly organized

- Collaborative

- Results-oriented and goal driven

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Proficiency with computers, Windows Operating System and Google Applications is required

- Proficiency in Quickbooks and all Microsoft Office programs is highly preferred

Physical Requirements

· Ability to lift and mobilize small to medium items up to 25 lbs. while utilizing appropriate equipment and techniques

· Position entails prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, kneeling, squatting, bending and climbing

· Licensed to drive most preferred

· Ability to travel locally in the desert area

PAY - Base Commission $60,000 - $120,000
