Job Description: We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Team Leader to join our esteemed team at Interim HealthCare at Bethany Village. As the Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing administrative operations critical to the efficient delivery of our home healthcare services. Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support the team in executing administrative tasks, including scheduling and record-keeping.
  • Develop and implement efficient procedures to optimize workflows and ensure operational effectiveness.
  • Coordinate the scheduling of client visits, maintaining accurate records, and facilitating communication between healthcare providers and clients.
  • Serve as a liaison between the main office and employees, providing support, guidance, and communication on administrative matters.
  • Serve as a liaison between HR and employees, assisting with employee-related inquiries, issues, and escalations.
  • Provide guidance and training to team members to enhance their skills, productivity, and job satisfaction.
  • Demonstrate an outgoing personality to effectively engage with clients, caregivers, and community stakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries, issues, and escalations, demonstrating professionalism and problem-solving abilities.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments to foster effective communication and coordination across administrative and clinical functions.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Interim HealthCare at Bethany Village's services and enhance brand visibility.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards of practice, and organizational policies within the home healthcare industry.
  • Assist in the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of new team members, contributing to the growth and success of Interim HealthCare at Bethany Village.
  • Undertake additional duties as assigned to support the overall objectives and mission of the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field with a minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Associate's degree with a minimum of 4 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within the healthcare sector.
  • High school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in an administrative role, preferably within the healthcare sector.
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with a demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications, with a willingness to learn new systems as needed.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, coupled with a customer service-oriented approach.
  • Adaptability and resilience to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment while managing competing priorities effectively.
  • Familiarity with home healthcare operations, regulations, and best practices is advantageous.
