```Duties``` - Provide personal care assistance to individuals in need, ensuring their comfort and well-being. - Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. - Administer medications according to prescribed schedules and document any changes or reactions. - Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature. - Assist with mobility and transfers, using proper lifting techniques and equipment when necessary. - Provide companionship and emotional support to clients. - Help with meal planning, preparation, and feeding as needed. - Perform light housekeeping tasks, including laundry, cleaning, and organizing. ```Qualifications``` - Previous experience in senior care or a related field is preferred. - Knowledge of assisted living, dementia care, memory care, behavior management, nursing home, home care, resident rights, and direct support is beneficial. - Compassionate and patient demeanor with a genuine desire to help others. - Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and their families. - Ability to follow instructions accurately and maintain confidentiality. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require lifting or bending.
