As a Hospice Aide (CNA), you will be :
- Responsible for providing direct patient care and assistance in accordance with plan of care
- Recognizing and reporting abnormal findings or changes in patient status
- Working as part of an interdisciplinary team that helps establish and carry out their plan of care to provide comfort and dignity throughout their diagnosis
To qualify for a Hospice Aide (CNA) with us :
- Certified Nurse Assistant Certification
- Attention to detail; able to carefully follow instructions and document notes regarding a patient’s condition
- Reliable transportation to / from care sites and / or work location
