Job Summary :
The Bereavement Coordinator at Interim HealthCare of Wichita will provide compassionate support to families who have recently lost a family member.
This position is responsible for planning, implementing and maintaining a bereavement program to meet the needs of bereaved families and / or caregivers for 12 months following the death of a hospice patient.
