Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with physicians, other healthcare professionals, and patients' families to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Educate patients and their families on proper care and medication regimens
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
- Adhere to all regulatory and organizational policies, procedures, and protocols
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to ensure seamless and efficient care delivery
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current on best practices and developments in the field
Requirements:
- Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of Virginia
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Intensive Care
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
