Interim HealthCare in Kansas City is seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Work-Life Balance . Private Duty RN Community Supervisor for our Private Duty Department. This is an in-office position and will also work in the field!

THE TERRITORY IS KANSAS CITY AND SURROUNDING AREAS

This may require some on-call time.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the work-life balance program
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards
- Hire, train, and supervise a team of healthcare professionals
- Plan and coordinate schedules to ensure proper staffing
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and quality of care
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services
- Build relationships with clients, families, and the community
- Monitor performance metrics and make adjustments as needed
- Keep abreast of industry trends and developments
- Handle and resolve any issues or concerns that arise
REQUIREMENTS:
- Current and valid RN license in the state of Kansas and Missouri
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as an RN, preferably in a management role
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Flexibility to work nights and weekends as needed
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
