Are you a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) seeking a rewarding part-time position? Baywood Home Care is currently hiring a CNA for a morning shifts for the South East Metro Area. In addition, there may be opportunities for additional hours by working with other clients.

Responsibilities:

• Provide full care, including Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), for a male client.
• Assist with personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing.
• Support with mobility and transferring.
• Administer medications as prescribed.
• Monitor vital signs and report any changes to the supervising nurse.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care.

Requirements:

• Valid certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA).
• Experience and knowledge of providing care for individuals with immunosuppression concerns.
• Ability to work independently and follow a care plan.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with clients, their families, and the healthcare team.
• Understanding of infection control protocols and the importance of maintaining a clean environment.
• Must not currently work in an Assisted Living Facility (ALF), Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), or any group communal care setting.
• Willingness to commit to the morning shift on a part-time basis.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs and work with other clients if desired.
