RN $35 -$38 Per Hour depending on certificates and experience!

We are looking for nurses to support elderly clients as well as, physically or mentally challenged clients in their everyday lives in Assisted Living Facilities and Group Homes in the Fox Valley Area. The fulfillment and satisfaction that comes with helping others surpasses the challenges of this job.

If you’re a compassionate, positive person who isn’t afraid to work hard, then this is a job for you. We expect you to be polite and a good communicator. Experience in providing cares and caring for the elderly or sick will make you a strong candidate.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the Admission/Discharge process
• Complete accident/incident reports, follow up investigation process
• Transcribe Physician orders, document all resident information as necessary, notifying physician and family as needed. Review medication orders for completeness of information and accuracy
• Be willing to learn Electronic Medical Record system and be flexible to change as needed
• Prepare and administer medication as ordered by the physician
• Be familiar with the Care Planning Process and participate in Care conferences, updating as needed
• Develop and maintain a good working rapport with all disciplines to ensure that all aspects of resident needs can be adequately maintained
• Be willing to participate in continuing education programs
• Must be currently Licensed to practice as an RN/LPN in this state

Requirements

• At least 1 year of Nursing in Skilled facility setting
• Nursing License in the state if Wisconsin.
• Please note that this position is part-time with the potential for full-time growth in the future.
