Interim Healthcare has an Immediate need for Home Health Per Diem Nurses.

You make your own schedule & we will provide you shifts to your availability!

MUST be able to see 15 patients per week.

$38 to $40 per visit!

MUST BE ABLE TO COMMUTE TO ALL AREAS IN LOS ANGELES AND SOME SURROUNDING AREAS IN PASADENA FOR HOME VISITS -

Must be fully Vaccinated with Booster (Vax card will be required)

Must have at least 1 year of Home Health Experience

Job Details:

• One on one private duty nursing shift care
• Administer medications and treatments according to a detailed plan of care
• Monitor client’s condition, including efficacy of treatment and medications
• Wound Care
• IV Care
• Notify supervisor of changes in client’s condition
• Teach the client, family and PCG appropriate self-care techniques
• Document accurately and submit timely nursing notes, according to agency standards
• Participate in Continuing Education Programs

Qualifications:

• Valid CA LVN License (Licensed Vocational Nurse)
• One Year of Home Health Experience Preferred
• Must be fully Vaccinated with Booster (Vax card will be required)
• Valid CPR (American Heart Association)
• Recent TB and Physical
• EMR Skill Set (Tablet or Laptop)
• Positive Attitude!

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
