Employment Type: Full-Time, Part-Time, and Per Diem

Salary Range: $12.00 to $13.00/hr with opportunities to make differentials!

Job Responsibilities

• Promotes and maintains a clean, safe, healthy, and therapeutic client environment.
• Assists, performs, and trains client and family in activities of daily living such bathing, grooming, nail and skin care, oral hygiene, dressing/undressing, toileting and elimination, eating and adequate nutritional intake.
• Assists client with mobility, ambulation, transfers and/or range of motion exercises or exercise programs.
• Assists client with home-making activities such as shopping, errands, light laundering, meal planning and preparation, serving of meals, and socialization activities
• Assists in medication reminding.
• Recognizes, reports, and records/documents change in client condition and safety to supervisor.
• Documents observations, activities, and services provided in an accurate, complete, and timely manner.

Job Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Must make 80% or higher on a GA sanctioned PCA Exam (provided by Interim) and successful completion of skills checklist completed by Supervising Nurse
• Current GA CNA certification
• CPR/1st Aid Certification
• Current TB Screening
• Auto Insurance, Valid Driver's License and clean MVR
• Reliable Transportation 
• Must be able to pass a drug test and background screening
