Job Description: We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dynamic healthcare team! As an LPN, you will play a vital role in delivering comprehensive patient care, collaborating as an interdisciplinary team member, and ensuring the well-being of our patients.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses or physicians
• Assess patient conditions and implement appropriate nursing interventions
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans
• Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to promote patient comfort and safety
• Educate patients and their families about various medical conditions and treatment options
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
• Adhere to all applicable healthcare regulations, protocols, and standards

Qualifications:

• Valid and current LPN license in Tennessee
• Proven experience as an LPN or in a similar healthcare role
• Excellent knowledge of nursing principles and practices
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with patients, families, and the healthcare team
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Compassionate and empathetic nature
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
• Ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations
• Proficient computer skills and experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
