As a Registered Nurse (RN) you will:

  • Provide clinical direct patient care according to the provider's prescribed plan of care (and nursing scope of practice) while closely monitoring progress/recovery.
  • Assess and document patient conditions and report changes as needed (vitals, blood/stool/urine, glucose, etc.)
  • Administer drugs, medications, treatments, inoculations, and tests.
  • Assess patients for further injuries, infections, bedsores, etc., and deliver appropriate treatments.
  • Collaborate with providers, aides, and allied health professionals to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.
  • Actively and compassionately interact with patients to encourage engagement in treatment after completion of detoxification.
  • Record and document into health record all observations of patient response, following CIW-Ar, COWS or other assessment tools utilized in program protocols.

Registered Nurse (RN) Position Details:

  • Immediate openings
  • Location: Lynnwood, WA
  • 12-16-week contract
  • Shift & Schedule: Full-Time, 12-hour Day shifts/ 3 days a week.

To qualify as a Registered Nurse (RN) with us:

  • Education: An Associate or bachelor’s degree in Nursing
  • Licensure: Current unrestricted license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in WA state
  • Current BLS certification
  • Behavioral Health experience (preferred)
  • Two (2) positive work references
  • Successfully complete and pass a background check and drug test.
  • Ability to deal with chemically dependent individuals non-judgmentally with caring and compassion.
  • The facility is a drug-free workplace, and employees will agree to random and for-cause drug testing policies. Program may also be smoke-free workplace, and employee must comply by not smoking on the grounds; non-smoker preferred.
