WHAT MAKES IT; ONCE IN A LIFETIME" ASSIGNMENT ?!?

Hourly Rate: Starting @14.00/hour -to-16.00/hour 

Paid Overtime, Paid Holidays, No Cap on Weekly Hours: OT RATE = 1.5x Regular Hourly Rate | HOLIDAY RATE = 1.5x Regular Hourly Rate | WEEKLY WORK HOURS = We Set a Regular Consistent Schedule, then WE ALLOW & PAY BONUSES TO ALL who work ABOVE AND BEYOND THEIR REGULAR SCHELED SHIFTS, hours subject to available needs and patient care needs.

Unlike other agencies, Interim Augusta We Pay Overtime for anything over 40-hours in a week! We PAY for Holidays at 1.5x your Regular Rate! Work as much as You Can, Want, & Are SAFE Doing! $$$ 

Potential Add-On Compensation

Assignment Sign-On Bonus: 100.00 -to- 400.00 (Eligibility & Amount Determined by Committed Schedule & Assignment Duration)

PRN Shift Pickup Bonuses: 50.00 -to- $100.00 (for Any Shift Backfilled by Unscheduled Staff Within Day of Scheduled Start)

Mileage: 0.37 / mile

Paid Assignment Required Training: 10.00/hour (Dementia & Behavioral Care Certifications) 

Professional License/Certification: CNA / PCA / HHA

Shift Length:8 -to- 12 Hours

Schedule (Days & Start/End Times):  ALL DAYS, ALL SHIFTS Needed & Available Currently

Days for Care: Monday - Friday Saturday & Sunday

Care Shifts Available: Day Shift / Mid Shift / NOC Shift 

 3x 8-hour Shifts per Day  2x 12-hour Shifts per Day

07:00 -to- 15:00 | 07:00 -to- 19:00

15:00 -to- 23:00 OR

23:00 -to- 07:00 | 19:00 -to- 07:00

WHAT'S THE CATCH:

 This Patient Assignment falls under our Complex Person Support Service (CPSS) Division. Our CPSS Patients tented to be as acute & complex as they are financially prepared for care.

 CPSS Patients require a level-of-care just short of requiring skilled nursing care. Making condition specific training and specialty care certifications a requirement for all CPSS Care Team Providers.

 EVERY CPSS Patient is deemed 24/7 Continuous Care & Supervision REQUIRED,

 24/7 Supervision Patients MUST ALWAYS be in the care of another individual, either Professional Agency Staff or another competent individual willing/able to Render Care onto the Patient. 

 Patients left alone, by either private individual or Agency Care Professional, IS CONSIDERED PATIENT ABANDONMENT, A REPORTABLE OFFENSE.....

....Which Means YOU should ALWAYS be available to work your Accepted & Pledged Schedule, with ability to work 24/7 shifts, including days, nights, and weekendsThis means, IF ... 

Next Shift No-Shows / Calls - Out / is Unstaffed, YOU ARE Required To; ContinueProviding Care Until Relieved Bonus & Other Compensation Add-On are provided in consideration for such instances

NO SHIFT CALL OFFS ALLOWED (i.e. YOU CANNOT CALL OUT, Ever for ANY Reason) without ALTERNATIVE COVERAGE Identified & Confirmed. If NO ALTERNATIVE COVERAGE FOUND = Y O U are EXPECTED & REQUIRED TO Honor Your Commitment by PROVIDING PATIENT CARE Hence the Highest Compensation Package Being Offered Anywhere, by Any Agency, in Augusta or in Northeast Georgia
