As an LNA in this role, you will be responsible for providing essential care and support to a lovely man in the comfort of his home. He requires assistance with various ADLs, meal prep, and light housekeeping. He uses a walker, is alert and oriented but can be forgetful.

The hours are Flexible but were looking for 20 hours a week, 3-4 hours a day.

As a Home Health LNA, here’s a big-picture view of what you’ll do:

• Provide the personal care and support to live safely at home!
• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and companionship.
• Help with ambulation, transferring and range of motion exercises.
• Provide medication reminders, document their condition and notify a supervisor of any concerns.
• Ensure a safe home environment with unobstructed pathways.
• Participate in activities that bring clients joy such as puzzles, games, reading and hobbies.

A few must-haves for Home Health Aides:

• High school diploma (or equivalent) and active LNA license in the state of NH
• Six (6) months of experience in a healthcare role, required.
• Compassionate and helping nature, good communicator and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
