Site Superintendent
• Supervises all trades and vendors: with PM schedules trade work in field, and follow up correspondence to provide clear start time, scope, coordination, and duration
• Maintains quality control on all aspects of construction
• Schedules inspections and maintains electronic logs
• Collects, manages, and issues shop drawings, SKs, and specs
• Manages Punch List
• Confirms % complete with PM on sub billing
• Writes daily field report
• Maintains drawings, produces field Sketches as needed, and SK log in the field
• Maintains permits and permit set
• Takes and manages field photos works with APM for weekly report
• Alerts PM to trade issues and sub scheduling problems (i.e., No shows)
• Sets up a field office
• Orders tools & obtains construction materials for the project
• Maintains job site safety, quality control and standardized construction procedures.
• Organizes project paperwork, inspects adjacent apartments to work site and sets up reference lines and a benchmark.
• Submits weekly time sheets for site crew.
Qualifications:
• 7 - 10 years of Site Superintendent experience
• Experience in residential construction or a related field
