InterDent is based out of Inglewood, CA with a second office in Vancouver, WA and backed by a publically traded equity sponsor.

This position is Full-Time (at least 40 hours per week) at our Inglewood, CA office with an hourly pay of $25.00 - $28.00/DOE.

Essential Responsibilities and Tasks

• Prepare high volume monthly bank reconciliations
• Prepares general ledger journal entries through research and maintaining records and files
• Assist and support our Dental offices with inquires related to Treasury functions
• Audit of the locations daily deposits and end of the day reports in compliance with the Company’s cash policy
• Prepare monthly balance sheet account reconciliations and account analysis
• Assist with month-end and year-end close functions
• Assists in the performance of other accounting department functions as required to meet departmental objectives and time frames

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
• 2-3 years’ relevant experience
• Prior experience MS Dynamics (GP) is a plus
• Demonstrated understanding of GAAP and accounting information systems
• Strong skills in MS Office suite, particularly Excel, with a desire to advance proficiency
• Ability to diligently attend to details and pursue quality in accomplishing tasks
• Exemplary analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to take ownership for the quality and timeliness of work and for managing competing deliverables
• Desire to drive improvement, both organizational and professional
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
