We are currently looking for a Foreman for our 2nd shift (2:30PM-11:00PM) Filling Department.

The Filling Foreman leads in established safety procedures, work ethic and attendance standards.

The Filling Foreman assists operators and lead operators in the efficient and safe operation of equipment to produce quality output according to standards. Provides training and oversight to personnel ensuring that Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions are appropriately followed. Ensures finished product being produced meets acceptable quality standards

The Filling Foreman provides communication link between operators and supervisors to ensure completed paperwork is completed and forwarded for status updates and daily reporting. Oversees accurate record keeping of materials used and produced.

The Filling Foreman assumes ultimate responsibility for the cleanliness of a particular production area. Ensures machinery is kept clean and well maintained during operation and planned downtime.

The Filling Foreman fulfills the role as knowledge resource when questions regarding quality, production standards or safety arise from production operators.
