Location: La Grande, Oregon

The provider rate of pay is $100/hr.

Schedule: 10a-10p, specific dates

No call shifts

Daily Census: 15-20

Patient Population: All ages

EMR: Epic

Support Staff: Min. 2 RNs

New grads accepted

Licenses and Certifications: Oregon medical license and DEA, PALS, ACLS, BLS, ATLS

BC/BE
