Interactive Maintenance Services, Inc. (IMS) is a leading exterior maintenance management company with over 35 years of experience. We specialize in servicing shopping centers and commercial properties, with a dedicated concrete division for installing concrete curb, sidewalk, and flatwork.

We are currently seeking a motivated, reliable individual with attention to detail for our Concrete Foreman/Snow Removal Technician role. This full-time, year-round position requires a commitment to safety, a strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage crews to ensure timely completion of projects

• Ensure all tasks are performed following industry and company standards

• Communicate plans and production goals effectively with crew members and clients

• Adhere to all safety and maintenance procedures

• Track and record all expenses/labor using a time-tracking app

• Prepare & oversee job sites from initiation to completion

• Maintain a clean worksite and ensure client satisfaction

• Participate in snow removal and ice control services during winter months

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience managing construction projects and teams

• In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSHA guidelines

• Strong mathematical and communication skills

• Ability to read and interpret plans, drawings, and blueprints

• Ability to work variable hours, including weekends, holidays, and overtime

• Comfortable working in a variety of weather conditions

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to Williston, VT

• Willingness to work on-call and weekends during winter months

Compensation

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
