HIRING NOW for a Part-Time Receptionist! Friendly Office!

Hours for the Receptionist are Wednesday and Friday from 8:30am to 4:30am. Additional hours available from time to time.

Rate of Pay for the Receptionist is $16.00 per hour.

Essential Functions for the Receptionist Include:

• Answer incomings calls, screen caller, forward the calls, or provide information, taking messages, or schedule appointments.
• Greet persons entering the establishment, determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct or escort them to specific destinations.
• Receive payment and record receipts for services.
• Schedule appointments and maintain and update appointment calendars.
• Transmit information or documents to customers, using computer, mail, or facsimile machine.

Minimum Required Qualifications for the Receptionist Include:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience performing similar functions.
• Must be customer service oriented.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• High level of professionalism and courtesy.
• Excellent time-management skills.
• Must work well with others and able to multitask.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
• Great attention to detail.
