Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our program. The ideal candidate will have excellent computer literacy skills and customer service. This is a part-time position.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence
- Coordinate and schedule practices/games and meetings
- Assist with ordering supplies and distributing when needed
- Maintain and update computerized databases and filing systems
- In person requirements at start of new programs and for weekly meetings
- Proofread documents for errors and inconsistencies
- Transcribe meeting minutes and other important documents
- Provide pleasant customer service
- Assist with various administrative tasks as needed

Experience:
- Computer literacy skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with order entry and file management systems
- Excellent proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to transcribe accurately and efficiently
- Previous customer service experience preferred (but we are happy to train on all the above the right person with the right attitude so don't be afraid to apply).
