Lab Technician
Description/Job Summary
- Follows any and all directives of Quality Control Supervisor
- Complies with all written and verbal safety rules, using personal protective equipment as required by department and plant safety programs
- Performs product quality assurance testing in accordance with established procedures
- Knowledge of all instruments, function and calibration
- Train with Sr. Technician on troubleshooting laboratory equipment
- Data entry
- Assist in Line trial testing
- Semi-finished and finished product testing / inspection
- Comply with Plant safety regulations and good manufacturing practices
- Must have regular, reliable attendance and willing to work outside the regular schedule as required.
- Willing to handle job stress and interact with others in the workplace.
Required Skills
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Previous experience in plastics process
- PC knowledge
- Proven team-work concept
- A high degree of written and oral communication skills
