Production/Packaging General Worker

Starting Pay: $17.67 to $18.60

Shift: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM/Monday through Friday

• Set up machines and monitor them for quality product output.
• Lift material onto machines, manually or with assistance.
• Operate plastic molding machines.
• Adjust the machines’ speed and other settings.
• Adjust cutting machine settings to account for irregularities.
• Stop machines and remove finished products.
• Test and measure finished products.
• Document production numbers.
• Remove finished products and smooth rough edges and imperfections.
• Compare finished workpieces to specifications.
• Other duties as assigned or required
• Reliable attendance.
• Ability to read and write.
• Ability to stand the entire shift.
• Accuracy in counting for packaging.
• Need to be available for overtime during periods of peak customer demand, both weekdays and Saturdays.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Ability to see and sort for visual non-conforming products at the packaging lines.
