This position will be hybrid remote with half or more time frequently spent in-office in Westwood, MA working directly with strategy, marketing, product management, and engineering in a collaborative environment.

We are seeking a talented and creative User Experience Designer to join our team in Westwood, MA, and contribute to the development of a user-centric interface for our data-intensive web application specializing in intent analytics.
As a User Experience Designer at Intentsify.io, you will be at the forefront of creating a seamless and intuitive user experience for our AI-driven intent analytics platform. Your role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, understanding user needs, and translating them into visually appealing and user-friendly designs. If you are passionate about crafting engaging interfaces and have a keen eye for user-centric design, this is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of intent analytics.
Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, software architects, and developers to understand user needs and business requirements.
• Design and iterate on user interfaces for our data-intensive web applications, with a focus on intent analytics.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs to communicate design concepts and user flows.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
• Ensure a consistent and cohesive user experience across the application by creating and maintaining design systems.
• Stay updated on industry trends, design principles, and emerging technologies to incorporate innovative solutions into the user interface.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure the feasibility and implementation of design concepts.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and incorporate feedback into the design process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a User Experience Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing web application design projects.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Experience with data visualization and analytics interfaces is a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints in design solutions.
