Your responsibilities will involve handling restorations, disconnects, suspensions, as well as drafting and negotiating settlements for legal matters. Additionally, you will be tasked with processing write-offs and handling inbound calls as needed.
As a Back Office Support Specialist, you will undergo a comprehensive two-week training program covering systems and primary processes.
