InteLogix is Hiring a Remote Back Office Support Specialist - Remote (Weldon Springs, MO)

We are looking for a dedicated individual to assist in managing various account processes, including collections for Network Fleet, telemetric, regulated, and former MCI large business accounts. Your responsibilities will involve handling restorations, disconnects, suspensions, as well as drafting and negotiating settlements for legal matters. Additionally, you will be tasked with processing write-offs and handling inbound calls as needed.

As a Back Office Support Specialist, you will undergo a comprehensive two-week training program covering systems and primary processes. Responsibilities

  • Assist with the collection process for Network Fleet, telemetric, regulated and former MCI large business accounts
  • Process disconnects, suspensions and restorations on accounts
  • Draft and negotiate settlements for legal matters
  • Handle various files for write-off processing
  • Manage inbound calls throughout the day
  • Undergo comprehensive training on systems and primary processes
  • Receiving ongoing training on speciality tasks assigned
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations
  • Maintain accurate records of all transactions and communications
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and suggest solutions
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
  • All other duties as assigned
  • Ability to work within the defined hours of operation with flexibility
    • Hours of Operation: Monday - Sunday 9:30 AM to 6:00PM 

Qualifications

What We Look for in a Candidate:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to remain engaged on the phone throughout the entirety of your shift with minimal to no distractions
  • Possess computer/technology savvy with the ability to smoothly operate multiple windows and tabs, while simultaneously providing Best-In-Class Customer Experience speaking to customers over the phone
  • Superb attendance, so you can be there when our customers need us
  • All job offers are contingent upon completion of a background check
