Summary of the position:

Under the supervision of the Tool Room Supervisor:

• You will be responsible to perform daily activities like repairs, cleaning routines, service in the press, and also tracking the work orders in the ERP implemented in Tool Room.

Responsibilities:

1. Track the work orders

2. Track red zone

3. Properly use hand tools.

4. Bring support to the process team.

5. Repair tools

6. Clean the tools before sending them to the machine.

7. Preventive maintenance routine and documentation

8. Properly use the tool shop equipment

9. 5S's in the tool room and tool shop

10. Storage tools in racks.

Requirements for the position:

Education:

• Preferably technical career in related areas (engineering/machinist/tool maker)

Experience:

• 3 or more years working as a tool room technician or tool maker
• Working with plastic injection molds

Knowledge:

• Multicavities tools

• CNC Lathe
• Grinding Machine
• Milling Machine
• Laser Welder
• Roll-O-Matic
• Mold Flow analysis
