Contract Type : W2 only
Pay Rate : $14.34 / Hour
Schedule :
Monday & Friday : Remote
Tuesday & Thursday : half day in office / half day remote,
Wednesday : full day in office,
8-hour central time zone work day with freedom to start between 730-930am
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for entering the work copyright information onto the company’s database
- Ensuring all works data is entered correctly
- Process, standardize, and report cue sheets for film and television.
- Identify and report all issues requiring support to the Management.
- Other related duties as assigned.
Skills :
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Advanced Excel skills (including formulas) preferred.
- Strong analytical background.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented.
- Ability to learn quickly and work proactively.
- Works well in a team environment essential.
- Desirable (but not essential)
- Experience using an AS400 system
- Prior music publishing company experience in a copyright administration-related role
