Location: Greenville, SC • Work Schedule: Hybrid - follows Schedule M-TH onsite, F from home. If the model changes to 5 days on site then the contractor would be required to do the same.

Summary:
The main function of the Data Analyst is to provide business intelligence support and supporting areas by means of both repeatable and ad hoc reporting delivery reports (charts, graphs, tables, etc) that enable informed business decisions.
Job Responsibilities:
Analyzes performance of process activities, identifies problem areas, and presents findings in clear, concise charts, graphs, tables, or summaries.
Establishes standardized methods of recording, tracking, and reporting on activity.
Design, implement, automate, and maintain large-scale enterprise data ETL processes.
Modify existing databases and database management systems and/or direct programmers and analysts to make changes.
Skills:
Ability to work as part of a team, as well as work independently or with minimal direction.
Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated knowledge of one or more key information service standards such as SDLC, ITIL, QA/testing, Project Management, Six Sigma, etc.
Highly proficient and adept in Microsoft Excel and various business intelligence and analytical tools.
- Understanding of data gathering, inspecting, cleansing, transforming, and modeling/diagramming techniques.
- Communication skills with the ability to distill complex subjects to various audience levels.
Keen attention to detail.
Strong analytical capabilities
Strong PC skills including knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (Must be very adept in Excel)
Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required.
2-5 years of experience required.
Process certification, such as Six Sigma, CBPP, BPM, ISO 20000, ITIL, and CMMI a plus but not required
Comments -
Must be highly adept in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Call center data analyst experience is preferred.
