IntelliStaff Medical is actively recruiting Travel Registered Nurses (RNs) for assignments ranging from 13 to 26 weeks in duration throughout the state of Arizona. We partner with numerous prestigious hospital clients across the state, offering exciting travel opportunities for qualified nurses. If you are a dedicated and experienced RN with 1-2 years of recent American RN experience in your desired specialty, we invite you to join our team.
Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in accordance with established standards and protocols.
  • Assess patient conditions, develop and implement individualized care plans, and evaluate patient responses to treatments and interventions.
  • Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and perform nursing procedures as required by the patient's condition and physician orders.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care.
  • Educate patients and their families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment plans.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
  • Adhere to infection control practices, safety regulations, and ethical standards of nursing practice.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, staff meetings, and professional development activities as required.

Requirements:

  • Valid RN license in the United States with 1-2 years of recent American RN experience in the desired specialty.
  • Current Advanced Life Support (ALS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications.
  • Eligibility for licensing in Arizona or willingness to obtain licensure with sponsorship assistance.
  • Ability to legally work in the USA or be eligible for a TN Visa by being a Mexican or Canadian citizen.
  • Proficiency in English, both verbal and written, to effectively communicate with patients and healthcare team members.
  • Successful completion of the NCLEX examination.
  • VisaScreen certificate for foreign-educated nurses.
  • Possession of an American Social Security Number (SSN).
