Job Summary:

• Assist in maintaining daily operations of the physical facility and compliance to all applicable Environmental, Health and Safety requirements.

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, or special inspections to maintain compliance with the EH&S Inspection Program.
• Uses project management skills to ensure all project tasks are scheduled and completed on time.
• Ability to update and implement evacuation maps, EH&S signage, and labels.
• Manage hazardous waste and biohazardous waste vendors to perform necessary work.
• May perform other activities such as office ergonomic evaluations, issuing PPE vouchers and managing EH&S databases.

Qualifications/Experience/Education:

• Certifications including AED, 1st Aid, CPR, Forklift, and Emergency Response, preferred.
• AS degree and 1-3 years of experience preferred.

• Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects and tasks
• Strong service-minded attitude.
• Ability to apply good judgment, make recommendations and independent decisions, and work independently
• Read and understand regulatory and departmental policies and procedures
• Discuss and resolve differences among multiple parties
• Maintain records of inspections
• Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
• Organize work and set priorities to meet deadlines
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff, vendors, and regulatory agencies.

Compensation: The pay offered to a successful candidate will be determined by various factors, including education, work experience, location, job responsibilities, certifications, and more. Additionally, IntelliPro provides a comprehensive benefits package, all subject to eligibility.
