Intellipop, a rapidly growing internet servic provider, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Direct Marketing Strategy Manager to join our team. The Direct Marketing Strategy Manager will be responsible for developing and executing our overall direct marketing strategy across all Intellipop markets. This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, capable of managing outsourced creative resources, creating impactful marketing materials and assembling high-performing marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities

Direct Marketing Strategy

• Develop and manage comprehensive direct marketing strategies for all Intellipop markets.
• Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform marketing strategies.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

Creative Management

• Assist in managing outsourced creative resources for both print and digital media.
• Ensure all creative content aligns with Intellipop’s brand guidelines and objectives.
• Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to produce high-quality marketing materials.

Marketing Material Creation

• Oversee the development of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, digital ads, and other promotional content.
• Ensure consistency and quality in all marketing materials.
• Coordinate with design teams to produce visually compelling and effective marketing collateral.

Team Assembly and Leadership

• Assemble and lead teams dedicated to direct marketing efforts.
• Provide guidance, support, and training to marketing team members.
• Foster a collaborative and results-driven team environment.

Field Work

• Work closely with market teams in the field to drive marketing results.
• Attend events, conduct market visits, and engage with customers to gather feedback and insights.
• Implement field marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or diret experience in a related field.
• Willingness to travel as needed for field work.
• Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role.
• Strong understanding of direct marketing principles and practices.
• Experience managing outsourced creative resources.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
