Our company is hiring an entry-level 2nd and 3rd shift Shipping and Warehouse Associates to join our team in Lancaster. Individuals in this role under general supervision will load/unload trucks, move materials, operate a forklift/clamp truck/hand truck, to handle large quantities of heavy product.

Essential Job Functions

• Ability to work 3rd shift
• Receiving materials, counting, log-in using piece scale
• Operates baler when necessary
• Supplies web and sheet-fed presses with paper in a timely manner
• Communicates with transportation vendors
• Manages paper inventory using the PIMS system
• Labels and puts away stock
• Performs other duties as required

Qualifications

• Able to operate a forklift, hand truck, and clamp truck
• Able to read, understand written / verbal instructions
• Knowledge of federal and state hazardous waste handling and disposal regulations
• 1-2 years experience operating a clamp truck preferred

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit; climb or balance; and walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
• Ability to remain standing for an entire shift
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
• Must be able to work overtime as needed up to 12 hours, days/nights, and front end/back end of the week

Hiring for 2nd & 3rd shift only

Salary: $16.00 - $18.75 per hour

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $20.60 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
