Job Title: Tririga Developer (Part time)

Location: Romulus, MI

Scope of Services:

• Tririga development and functionality in PM (Real Estate), FM (Operations) and CM (Project) Modules
• Tririga builder tools (BO, Forms, Workflows and Associations)
• Tririga integrations (DI, IO, DC and OSLC)
• Tririga workflow automations
• Proficiency in Tririga upgrades and patching
• Reporting (e.g., BIRT, Crystal)

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field Required

Qualifications:

Required

• 5 years Tririga experience
• 3 years BIRT reporting
• 3 years technical knowledge of databases (SQL Server), Windows Server, Webservices and Java
• Solid understanding of Tririga database structures, including object and entity relationships
• Experience in Tririga application upgrades and patching
• Application performance tuning

Preferred

• Experience as Tririga Solution architect
• Experience with IBM IoT Watson
• Functional knowledge of real estate leases, contracts, facility management and capital projects
• Ability to create end-user training materials and conduct end-user training
• Conduct internal Tririga technical training, as required
• Understand integrations with other non-Tririga applications (e.g., Maximo, ERP)
• IBM Tririga certification

Skills & Competencies:

• Act as a lead designer in leveraging and applying Tririga’s IWMS capabilities for business and technical needs
• Excel in business problem solving and the ability to bring those requirements down into a technical business solution
• Understand and rely on industry best practices and apply those principles here at the client.
• Lead by example in possessing strong written and communication skills; and be a positive role model to team members and client stakeholders
