Job Title: Oracle HCM Cloud Functional (Only W2/ Full-time)

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Strong with page personalization and functional aspect and hands on experience on approvals and core HR.

• we need well experience profile in HCM Configuration with great experience in Personalization, Redwood and HCM Functional Knowledge (Core HR, Absence, Talent, HR Help Desk, WF Comp).
• Experience of Implementing Cloud HCM Core Modules, with experience in configuring all core HR configurations
• Experience of HCM Quarterly Patches impact analysis & validation Experience of Multi Region / Country Oracle HCM Configuration & Administration, Geography Loads, Geography Structures
• Experience in customization (DFF and EFF), customization of reports, defining concurrent programs, defining value sets, defining form functions and functional setups.
• Experience of conducting CRP (Conf room pilot) and fit gap analysis. Expertise in development, implementation, and customization of Workflows, HCM Experience design studio, Page Composer, Application Composer Familiar with Agile & Waterfall methodology.
• Familiar with HCM ADP connector will be added advantages
