The selected Contractor and any proposed staff member must have the following qualifications, at a minimum:

• During the period of performance of the contract, the Contractor’s Staff Member or Subcontractor must obtain and maintain a federal Top Secret Security Clearance.
• During the period of performance of the contract, the Contractor’s Staff Member or Subcontractor must pass the WSP background check and polygraph examination.
• Contractor must demonstrate that the Contractor’s Staff Member or Subcontractor has the experience required in the Statement of Work, including but not limited to:
  • Technology planning and plan implementation/management
  • Designing/maintaining server systems (such as Exchange, VMware, Veeam, HP Virtual, Simplivity)
  • Managing, maintaining network data switches, installing/removing network drops
  • Network security design, implementation, management (firewall, anti-virus, upgrades, rules, breaches, vulnerabilities)
  • Installation of hardware, software, application interfaces
  • Desktop support (patching, troubleshooting, upgrades)
  • A/V system management/maintenance
  • QA testing and performance monitoring
  • Conducting IT training
