RESPONSIBILITIES and DUTIES:
Daily
Material issues to shop orders
Stockroom write outs issues
Sub-contracting receipts
Red Tag clearence
Shop order endings and closings
As required
Inventory
o Adjustments
o Verifications
o Tracking
o Transfers within stocking locations
o Trouble shooting
Contract endings and closings
QCRR administration
Runing reports if/when required
Interfacing with accounting if/when required
PO’s - Updating / maintaining / issuing as needed
Monthly shop orders - Updating / maintaining / issuing as required.
Yearend prep, data verification, entry and reporting
General clerical and filing
Front desk and phone
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $18.04 - $23.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Work Location: In person
