Role: Planning Coordinator Inventory Analyst

Location: Portsmouth, VA - 23704

Duration: 5* Months on W2*

Shift Timings: 8 AM to 4:30 PM

Job Description:

· Monitor daily inventory levels in IFS and SAP,

· Review Orders to move inventory from IFS to SAP,

· Manage safety stock in SAP locations,

· Work with supply chain to manage inventory levels and distribution,

· Work with warehouse to ensure inventory is moved in a timely manner,

· Work with customer service on potential back-order inventory and resolve,

· Monitor and collaborate on intercompany inventory transfers and execute,

· Work with warehouse and compliance to process RMA(s), RTV(s) and rework as it pertains to distribution centers,

· Create and/or manage daily inventory, shipping and invoice reports.

· Generate reports to assist the team with planning activities.

· Any other duties that pertain to the Supply Chain Department.

Note:

· the manager expects the pay rate to stay at/under $27.

· Video interviews- panel style about an hour long.

· Onsite role 100%

· 6-9 months to cover medical leave.

· But plans to extend and/or convert into a similar role if a good fit Background in accounting or finance (preferred).

· Inventory warehouse experience required (familiar with inventory finance preferred) MS Office (ppt, excel, outlook) basic experience.

· ERP system knowledge - SAP is the system used.

· Any ERP system would be preferred.

· Degree (flexible on degree but general business degree preferred) with 5-7 years' experience OR 15 years professional experience Will work in the distribution centre

Responsibility:

· Inventory management in the site has 3 different ERP systems and 3 operations.

· It is Important to have accurate data.

· If inaccurate, adjustments would be made.

· Correspond with returns with debit memos.

· Not 100% behind the desk.

· Able to go into the Warehouse to verify inventory.

· 3 buildings would require some walking.

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
