Your role: 

• Understand clients' needs and design applications or services that create new business value
• Participate in meetings with clients understanding their quality requirements and translate them to technical specifications
• Keep up to date with the latest developments of Distributed Ledger Technologies and provide deep technical mentorship to the team
• Take ownership of technical decisions and participate in the company's tech strategy definition
• Translate the business requirements of the project into technical solutions
• Explain complicated topics in an understandable manner to audiences of different technical capabilities
• Participation in all stages of software development - from design and development to deployment and maintenance

• Coach and mentor other members of the development team, growing the collective knowledge and expertise of the group

Requirements:

• Degree in computer science, software engineering, or equivalent technical experience
• 4 years of experience as a Software Developer/Solution Architect
• Solid design patterns knowledge. Love for well-tested and clean code, OO principles, SOLID and KISS
• Understanding of SDLC, excellent communication, and business skills
• Understanding of the modern development ecosystem: Git, CI/CD, automated testing, etc
• Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL database design and development

Would be a plus:

• Good understanding of distributed systems architecture. Comfortable with Enterprise Business applications and environments
• Understanding of cloud concepts and services
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience with DLT frameworks is a plus (R3 Corda & Hyperledger Fabric)
