Warehouse Associates - Bilingual $18/Hr.
This position is temporary with an opportunity to be hired full-time.
Integrity Trade Services is hiring Warehouse Associates (Bilingual English/Spanish)for our manufacturing client to start at $18/hr. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!

• Level 1 - $17 - $20/hr. – 6 months’ experience
• Level 2 - $20-$21/hr. – 2 to 3 years’ experience
• Level 3 - $21 - $23/hr. – 3 to 5 years’ experience

Responsibilities:
Will be responsible for a wide variety of plant and production support and performs a variety of general manual labor in the picking, prepping, packaging, and coordination of shipping finished goods to customers.

• Banding and strapping product.
• Verify and document accurate counts of incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Sorting, organizing, and/or cleaning areas and items.
• Effectively able to utilize a pallet jack, platform ladder, stretch-wrap machine, and scale in an efficient manner.
• Manually unload containers and vehicles.
• Accurately picking and stacking customers’ orders including affixing product and shipping labels on packed cartons and pallets
• Assist in physical inventory via cycle count and annual inventory count
• Ability to load and unload trucks with a Forklift, pallet jack, or other material handling equipment.
• Ability to compare weights and measurements of items on ingoing and outgoing shipments.
• Familiarize yourself with different packaging requirements of company and its customers.
• Verify information against bills of lading, invoices, orders and/or other records.
• Identify and record shortages and damaged items.
• Effectively able to utilize an ERP system to complete the systematic steps in order completion and fulfillment.

Overtime mandatory when required.
Location: Elk Grove Village, IL
Schedule/Shift Details

• 8:30 am to 5:00 pm

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience with proven knowledge of warehouse operations within a fast-paced environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to clearly read and write the information on picking tickets and shipping documents.
• Ability to operate all necessary machines and tools required.
• Must be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Ability to lift or move objects up to 65 lbs.
