Integrity Trade Services is currently hiring a Project Coordinator in Cameron, TX.This is a Direct Hire position.
Role and Responsibilities:
Integrity Trade Services is partnered up with a very successful manufacturing company that is growing in the area. As a result of their growth, we are searching for a candidate to serve as the central point of contact for large project orders. The selected candidate will manage communication of timelines and updates with remote client project managers and build and maintain a positive, collaborative working relationships with client project managers to deliver a superior customer experience.
- Ability to proactively addressing customer concerns, providing timely feedback and options to address customer needs.
- Works with appropriate internal resources to provide timely updates and to meet or exceed client expectations.
- Presents solutions and clearly deliver succinct and appropriate responses to address client needs, concerns, and objectives.
- Manages and fosters strong client relationships, both existing and new, to ensure a continued and long-term partnership.
- This is a customer facing position reporting to a plant manager.
- Successful candidates will thrive on fast paced, ever-changing, and people intense environment.
- Associates or Bachelor's degree, a minimum of 3 to 5 years related experience/training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong organizational skills – able to manage customer points of contact and multiple project timelines
- Self-directed – does not need constant supervision/direction
- Communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing
- Strong interpersonal skills – able to interact at multiple levels of the organization
- Strong computer skills
- Microsoft office
- Hands-on team player
