Integrity Staffing Services is Hiring a Flagger Near Summit Point, WV
This position provides front-line safety communication to include drivers on track, control, grid, pit out, and support services and track management.
They communicate via a radio set and displays track conditions using colored flags and hand signals. Primary role is to provide info to participants about track conditions ahead.
Duties : Learning and understanding road racing flagging rules, including rules for cars and motorcycles.Learn and understand radio communication protocols.
Learn and understand proper safety rules, safety issues, and staff a defined corner station during all on-track sessions.
Must be able to work as part of a team and be able to meet physical requirements of this job which requires standing outdoors for long periods of time and to remain alert and attentive during any on-track activities.
Must have valid Driver’s License, and be able to pass a background check. Shifts : Position is Part-Time, Days, Nights, and Weekends available.
Normal shift hours would be 8-10 hours. Pay starting at $15 / hour
